Conversion statement

Prices of services are published in EUR. The Agency reserves the right to change the published prices. For the Guest who has paid an advance or the entire amount for a specific booking, the Agency shall guarantee the price of accommodation that has been stated in the calculation and on the basis of which the payment was made. If the change occurs before the actual payment is made, the Agency shall notify the Guest of the change of the price. If a change in the exchange rate occurs after the booking has been confirmed, the Parties agree that the Agency shall have the right to increase the price no later than 20 days prior to the commencement of service. The Guest reserves the right to cancel the booking if the booking price is increased by more than 10% compared to the initial booking price, and is entitled to reimbursement of the price already paid, with the exclusion of the right to compensation.
