Our comfortable holiday villa with a pool and a spacious green garden is located in the village Šušnjići, only 10 km from the center of Poreč. It can accommodate 6-8 people and is an ideal destination for a family vacation or a holiday with a group of friends.
This recently renovated villa, stretching over almost 3000 m2 of landscaped garden, offers its guests a spacious roofed entrance porch, a well-equipped roofed and sheltered summer kitchen with a charcoal grill and a dining room, a swimming pool with a sun deck and a shower, a spacious shaded terrace with a seating set, a private driveway and 4 private parking spaces, children's playground with a slide and a swing and large green lawn and Mediterranean plant covered surfaces.
The ground floor is open type: a spacious living room as an extension of the outdoor roofed terrace connecting with a dining room with a kitchen and a separate guest toilet. The sleeping part of the ground floor with its two bathrooms and three bedrooms facing the green lawn away from the pool and active zones is located in a quieter area of the house. The master bedroom has access to its own spacious roofed terrace and a direct access to the back garden. All rooms are double. A recreation room fitted with a table tennis table facing the car access has been added to the sleeping area.
The first floor of this villa is designed for private gatherings and features a separate outside entrance. It leads to a smaller living room of a different character than the one on the ground floor. It connects to the entertainment room fitted with a billiard table and a spacious bathroom. Hanging out on this floor is continued on a large roofed terrace featuring a high top patio set.

The vacation villa can comfortably house up to 8 visitors, and pets are welcome, so you can bring the whole family on vacation. If you’re looking for some peace and tranquility with year-round sun, then this villa is simply perfect.
Well behaved pets are welcome with an extra cleaning charge of 10 Euros per pet per day.
