Data Protection

Aida Tours, as a registered tourist agency, considers privacy and security very important. Aida Tours is dedicated to protecting all personal information of its clients. We collect only basic infor-mation about the clients/users that are necessary and required to complete our obligations. We inform our clients about the way we collect their data and regularly enable users to choose how their data shall be used, including whether or not they want it removed from the list used for mar-keting purposes. All user information is strictly confidential and available only if such information is required for the booking. All employees of Aida Tours and the accommodation owners are re-sponsible for respecting the privacy principles.

Personal Data

Personal information is provided voluntarily by the guest. Guest’s personal details are required to complete the required service and shall be used for further mutual communication. Aida Tours undertakes not to disclose personal information to a third party other than the partners involved in the completion of the contracted accommodation service. Personal information of the user shall be kept in a database, according to Aida Tours’ decision on the method of collecting, processing and storing of personal data.

WSPay, being the processor of authorization and payment made by credit cards, uses personal data as the processor pursuant to the General Data Protection Regulation of the European Parliament and the Council no. 2016/679, and compliant with PCI DSS Level 1 Regulations for data transfers.
WSPay uses 256-bit SSL encryption and TLS 1.2 cryptographic protocol as the highest protection standards for data entry and transfer.
Personal data used for the purposes of authorization and payment are deemed to be confidential data.
Customer's personal data are necessary to fulfil the Agreement (authorization and payment). WSPay does not process or use these personal data except for the purpose of fulfilling the Agreement, the authorization and the payment.
WSPay ensures to meet the requirements determined by applicable personal data protection regulations, for the processors of personal data, especially taking all necessary technical, organizational or security measures confirmed by PCI DSS Level 1 certificate.
