Terms and Conditions of Sale
Regardless of whether the booking was made directly by a guest or through the mediation agen-cy, upon receipt of the booking confirmation, the guest/agency shall pay a 30% advance within a maximum of 5 days, which shall make the booking final and confirmed.
A full balance is payable prior to arrival or at the beginning of use of the booked service.
The balance to the full amount the Client can pay: in cash, by bank transfer or by credit card.
Aida Tours reserves the right to request a valid credit card number from the Guest as a guaran-tee of payment. In case of non-compliance with the payment deadlines, the booking may be can-celed.
If the booking is cancelled by the Guest, the following cancellation costs shall be charged:
Cancellation of booking made up to 30 days before arrival: 30% of the total amount of the paid advance shall be charged
Cancellation of booking made between 29 and 14 days before arrival: 50% of the total amount of the paid advance shall be charged
Cancellation of booking made 3 days or less before arrival: 100% of the total amount of the paid advance shall be charged
Cancellation on the day of arrival or NO SHOW: 100% of the total amount of the paid advance shall be charged.
The date of cancellation is considered to be the date of receipt of the cancellation notice (if it is Sunday or holiday, this shall be the next business day). In case of no show or unannounced late arrival, Aida Tours shall retain the total booking amount.
Change of Booking
Upon request of the Guest, booking may be changed in terms of dates, facility, type of accom-modation or names of guests.
